Qn. Are your tisanes (herbal & flower tea) caffeine free?
Our tisanes are completely caffeine free and preservative free.

Qn. Are your tisanes suitable for everyone?
Our tisanes are suitable for most people of all age groups. However, we recommend that you avoid consuming our products if you are on medication, unwell or pregnant.

Qn. Do you have caffeinated tea?
Yes. We have blends with black tea. 

Qn. How do I prepare the tea or tisane?

Hot Brew

  • Pour a little hot water over the 'purse' and discard the water. This process will 'wake' the ingredients for better infusion.
  • Use a mug or tumbler with a lid.
  • Add 200ml of hot water.
  • Steep approximately 10 minutes.
  • Add honey or unrefined sugar if desired.
  • Refill once or twice if desired.

Cold Brew

  • Pour a little hot water over the 'purse' and discard the water. This process will 'wake' the ingredients for better infusion.
  • Use a carafe, mason jar or tumbler. 
  • Add 500ml of cold water.
  • Leave in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours, overnight for best results. 
  • Add ice cubes, garnish with peppermint leaves or berries when serving. Add diluted honey or unrefined sugar syrup if desired. 

Qn. How to store the tea or tisane?
Reseal the pouch after opening. Store it in a cool and dry place. 

Qn. How long is the shelf life?
All our tisanes are best consumed within 6 months from the date of packing. Keep in the refrigerator for longer shelf life.
