Sustainability

We care about the environment and aim to reduce damage brought by one-time use products. 

Many of us do not know that plastic is widely used in tea bags. Our "purse' is plastic-free and use polylactic acid (PLA), a biopolymer usually made of corn starch. It is renewable, biodegradable and compostable. There are no extra strings, tags and staples. 

The outer packaging is a resealable stand up pouch made from Kraft paper while the zipper and inside lining are also degradable. The printed labels are eco-friendly too.

Kraft paper is 100% sustainable and naturally biodegradable. It is our choice for paper bags, wrappers and gift tags. Jute (a natural and sustainable fibre) twine is used to tie the gift tags and wrappers.

Our packaging is minimalist yet functional and environmentally friendly. Do re-use or recycle packaging materials where possible.
